...A pagan witch has been hired to teach at a leading Roman Catholic university in London. Dr. Vivianne Crowley has been appointed as a visiting tutor at Heythrop College, which is part of the University of London. Crowley describes herself as a "Wiccan high priestess" and was once described by a women's magazine as "the nicest witch you could ever meet." However, Heythrop's principal, John McDade, tells the London Telegraph Crowley will not be promoting witchcraft at the Jesuit school. McDade says Crowley will continue to lecture throughout the Lenten term on the psychology of religion.
