Hermeneutics & Exegesis

It has been said that interpreting the Bible was easy until some one called it hermeneutics. The following links will provide some information on the subject of Hermeneutics & Exegesis. These deal with the science and art of interpreting the Bible.

It is amazing to me how some liberals can take a passage that plainly teaches against a subject and before they get through with it they have it sounding like the Bible actually is in favor of it. There is a standard way to approach anything you read. See the link below I have marked for a definition.  I would be curious to see a couple of  liberal theologians use the same method of interpretation on instructions of  how to get directly from Memphis TN to Nashville TN. I do believe they would freeze to death on a polar ice cap on their way there. (That is if they didn't drown in the Indian Ocean first!)
